New Drug May Help Smokers Quit for Good

The drug will be marketed under the trade name Chantix and is expected to be available by prescription by August. While it isn't the perfect cure for smoking, the drug is expected to help people break a habit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates 44.5 million U.S. adults share, risking such serious illnesses as cancer and heart disease.
